Verification before a casino withdrawal (KYC)
Values per casino, each with its source.
At all five casinos covered here, identity verification (KYC, “Know Your Customer”) is the precondition for the first withdrawal: until the check is complete, a withdrawal request either stays on hold or is not processed at all. How long the check takes is documented very differently. For Cobra and 7Bit, the casinos’ own terms set a maximum of up to 30 working days from the moment all documents are in, while other sources give 0–24 hours or a 24-hour target. For Boomerang, AskGamblers reports roughly one day; for SkyCrown and Wazamba the duration is not stated in the sources.
This page collects what is known about the timing and length of the check at each casino and explains how to read those figures. If you are looking for the other topics around timelines, limits and payment methods, the link back to the home page with all withdrawal questions takes you to the overview of all five casinos. Every figure comes from the linked sources as of 05.10.2026; where sources disagree, both values are shown side by side.

| Casino | When verification happens | Verification time |
|---|---|---|
| Boomerang Casino | Standard KYC before the first withdrawal | approx. 1 day (as stated by the source) |
| Skycrown Casino | Identity verification required before withdrawals | not stated |
| Wazamba Casino | Withdrawal may be deferred until all verifications are complete | not stated |
| Cobra Casino | KYC required before withdrawal; withdrawal remains pending until verification | up to 30 working days (cobracasino.com) · 0–24 h (askgamblers.com) |
| 7Bit Casino | Withdrawal only after ID is confirmed (KYC required) | up to 30 working days (7bitcasino.com) · Target: within 24 h (7bitcasino.com) |
What the figure means
For each casino we record two separate fields: the timing of verification (from when it is required and what happens to a withdrawal request in the meantime) and the duration of the check (how long the casino needs to check the submitted documents). Neither is the same as the actual withdrawal time, meaning the time it takes for money to reach the payment method after approval.
The duration figures are of different kinds, and that matters when you interpret them:
- Maximum from the terms: Cobra (KYC page) and 7Bit (terms, section 8.5) state up to 30 working days from the moment all requested documents have been provided. That is the upper limit the casino reserves for itself.
- Operator target: the 7Bit FAQ says it aims to process uploaded documents within 24 hours.
- Figure from a comparison portal: AskGamblers lists a verification speed of 0–24 hours for Cobra and reports that a standard KYC at Boomerang took about one day.
None of these values is a binding commitment. A maximum describes the worst case, a target describes the intended normal case, and a portal figure describes a single observed case.
What the KYC check looks at
KYC means the casino matches the account holder’s identity against documents before money leaves the account. In general terms, the question is whether the person behind the account is the one they claimed to be when the account was opened, and whether the payment method used for the withdrawal belongs to that account. Which documents the five casinos ask for in detail – for example which kinds of ID or which proof of address – is not stated in the sources we used, so this page has no information on that.
What is documented is the rule the check depends on. At Cobra, the terms state that withdrawal requests remain pending until all required verification steps have been completed. At 7Bit, the FAQ says a request is typically processed without delay only once the ID has been approved. At SkyCrown, Vigiswiss notes that all players must verify their identity before they can make withdrawals. At Wazamba, according to the German-language AskGamblers page, the casino reserves the right to postpone payments until all verification procedures are complete.
Comparison of the 5 casinos (table)
The table puts the timing and duration of verification for all five casinos side by side. Where two sources give different values, both appear in the row. Casino operator pages are named as sources but not linked.

| Casino | When required | Duration of the check | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Boomerang | Standard KYC before the first withdrawal | approx. 1 day (as reported by the source) | AskGamblers |
| SkyCrown | Identity check mandatory before withdrawals | not stated | Vigiswiss |
| Wazamba | Withdrawal may be postponed until all verification is complete | not stated | AskGamblers DE |
| Cobra | KYC mandatory; withdrawal stays pending until verified | up to 30 working days (casino KYC page) / 0–24 hrs (AskGamblers) | AskGamblers |
| 7Bit | Withdrawal only with approved ID | up to 30 working days (terms) / 24-hr target (FAQ) | Casino terms and FAQ |
The table splits the casinos into three groups. For two casinos (Cobra, 7Bit) a maximum of up to 30 working days is written down, each with a much shorter counterpart from a second source. For one casino (Boomerang) there is only a portal report of about one day. For two casinos (SkyCrown, Wazamba) the obligation to verify is documented, but the duration is not. No reliable speed ranking can be drawn from this, because the figures were not gathered in a comparable way.
Boomerang: KYC before the first withdrawal
For Boomerang Casino, AskGamblers describes a standard KYC before the first withdrawal. According to that account, it delayed the first payout slightly and took about one day. This is a figure from a single case reported by the source, not a deadline from the casino’s terms. After the check, the regular stages apply: according to AskGamblers, 1–5 days of processing (pending), then 3–5 days per method for e-wallets, bank transfer and card; the same source states there are no withdrawals at weekends.
What exactly Boomerang checks and how the first withdrawal differs from later ones is covered on the subpage on the KYC check at Boomerang, with every quote from the source. That subpage also shows how the individual stages follow one another in time.
SkyCrown: mandatory check with no documented duration
For SkyCrown, Vigiswiss records that all players must verify their identity before they can make withdrawals. None of the sources we used gives a duration for this check. AskGamblers lists a processing time (pending) of 0–72 hours for SkyCrown, followed by 0–1 hour for e-wallets and 1–5 days for bank and card; here too, according to AskGamblers, there are no withdrawals at weekends.
Two further SkyCrown rules affect the period after the check: according to gambling.com, a single withdrawal is capped at €1,000 as long as fewer than 10 deposits have been made, and charges apply if a deposit has not been wagered at least 3×. The details of the identity check at SkyCrown and how the two sources differ are summarised on its own subpage.
Wazamba: postponement until all checks are complete
For Wazamba, the timing of the check is documented via the German-language AskGamblers page: the casino reserves the right to postpone payments until all verification procedures and checks have been completed successfully. How long the check itself takes is not stated in the sources. For that reason there is no separate verification subpage for Wazamba – with only one documented value, the topic remains a block in this overview and on the Wazamba withdrawal profile.
For the period after the check, the sources give different values: AskGamblers EN states 0–5 days of processing, while AskGamblers DE states 3–5 days, or processing by the finance department within 3 working days, Monday to Friday from 6 am to 5 pm GMT. According to both versions, there are no withdrawals at weekends.
Cobra: withdrawal stays open until verification
Cobra sets out its verification rules in the most detail. Its terms state that withdrawal requests remain pending until all required verification steps are complete. There are two values for the duration: the casino’s KYC page states up to 30 working days from the moment all requested documents have been provided, while AskGamblers gives a verification speed of 0–24 hours. Both values stand side by side; neither replaces the other.
How long a request can stay in that state and what comes next is explained step by step on the subpage Cobra: pending withdrawal until verification. After approval, Cobra’s terms state processing within 72 hours and its FAQ a 12-hour target; according to AskGamblers, no withdrawals are processed at weekends or on bank holidays.
7Bit: approved ID as the condition
At 7Bit, a withdrawal is processed only once the ID has been approved. The FAQ says a request from a player with an approved ID is typically processed “instantly”, though this can vary with the chosen method. As with Cobra, there are two values for the check itself: the terms (section 8.5) state up to 30 working days from complete documents, and the FAQ states the aim of processing documents uploaded via the website within 24 hours.
The two figures do not contradict each other: the terms describe the limit, the FAQ the intended normal case. Details and the verbatim quotes are on the page about 7Bit KYC deadlines, including the operator’s statement that Bitcoin withdrawals take less than ten minutes once approved.
After the check: withdrawal time and weekends
Verification is only the first of several stages. According to the sources we used, none of the five casinos processes withdrawals at weekends; at Cobra, bank holidays are excluded as well. A request made on a Friday after the check has been completed will therefore usually wait until the next working day.
How processing and payment method add up is broken down on a separate page that shows how long the withdrawal takes after the check – split into e-wallet, bank transfer, card and crypto for each of the five casinos.
Verification and bonus: two separate hurdles
A completed verification does not mean every balance can be withdrawn. If a bonus is still running, its wagering requirements apply as well – for example, according to AskGamblers, 35x (deposit + bonus) at Boomerang or 40x the bonus amount at Cobra. If you still cannot withdraw after the check, the next thing to look at is open bonus conditions as the second blocker, before contacting support.
The order matters: verification concerns the account, bonus conditions concern the balance. Each is checked independently of the other, and each can hold up a request.
Process: how the check works before the first withdrawal
The sources do not describe an identical process for all five casinos. The documented rules do, however, allow a general sequence that applies to each of them:
IKnow the obligation
At all five casinos, verification is a precondition for withdrawal; without it, a request stays open or is postponed.
IISubmit complete documents
The Cobra and 7Bit deadlines only start once all requested documents have been provided. Incomplete paperwork extends the check.
IIIAllow time for the check
Depending on the casino, the range according to sources runs from about one day to up to 30 working days; for SkyCrown and Wazamba the duration is not stated in the sources.
IVCheck your bonus status
An active bonus with open wagering requirements can block the withdrawal even after a successful check.
VMind working days
After approval, none of the five casinos processes withdrawals at weekends, according to the sources.
Limits of the information
The figures on this page have clear limits worth knowing:
- No document lists: which IDs or proofs the casinos actually request is not recorded in the sources.
- Two casinos without a duration: for SkyCrown and Wazamba only the obligation to verify is documented, not the duration.
- Single-case figures: the Boomerang value of about one day comes from one source’s account and is not a deadline from the terms.
- Different kinds of measurement: maximums, targets and portal figures describe different things and cannot be set directly against each other.
- Data date: all figures were checked on 05.10.2026; casinos can change their terms at any time.
