7Bit Casino verification before withdrawal

Every figure with its source; differing values side by side.

How we collect the data →

At 7Bit, a withdrawal is only processed once the account holder's identity has been confirmed. There are two different statements on how long that check takes: according to the 7Bit terms (clause 8.5), up to 30 working days from the moment all requested documents have been provided, and according to the 7Bit FAQ, a target of 24 hours for documents submitted through the website's upload facility. The terms therefore describe a maximum period, the FAQ a target.

This page covers only the verification step before money leaves the casino. Methods, limits, fees and operator details are collected in the 7Bit withdrawal profile, which every figure on this page refers back to. Sources consulted as of 5 October 2026.

To understand why a request is stuck, you need three pieces of information: when the check starts, what the “pending” status means, and which of the two time frames is realistic in your own case. The sections below sort out exactly that, without promising processing times that no source supports.

When the check happens

The 7Bit FAQ explicitly ties fast processing to a confirmed identity: a request from a player with an “approved ID” is, in its words, typically processed “instantly”, depending on the payment method chosen. The reverse also holds: as long as the ID has not been confirmed, no withdrawal is completed. Verification is therefore not an optional formality but the precondition for the first payment from the casino to the player.

The sources consulted do not name a fixed trigger such as “from amount X” or “on every withdrawal”. What is documented is the principle that a payout requires a confirmed ID; the details of the procedure are governed by clause 8.5 of the terms. Which documents 7Bit actually requests is not stated in the sources consulted: no information.

In practice this means that anyone who uploads documents only after the first withdrawal request starts the check later than necessary. According to its wording, the 30-working-day period in the terms only begins once all requested documents have been received – not when the request itself is made.

  1. IUpload documents

Submit documents through the upload facility on the 7Bit website; for this route the 7Bit FAQ names a target of a check within 24 hours.

  2. IIMake sure the set is complete

Under clause 8.5 of the terms, the verification period only runs from the moment all requested documents have been provided.

  3. IIIWait for confirmation

Only once the ID is confirmed is a withdrawal request, according to the FAQ, typically processed without delay.

  4. IVRequest the withdrawal

Choose a method; the transfer time that follows depends on that method (see the section on payout times).

  5. VTrack the status

If the request stays open longer than expected, contact support via live chat or email.

What pending means

“Pending” describes the phase between the request and its approval by the casino. During this time the money is neither with the player nor has the transfer been started. AskGamblers gives 7Bit a pending time of 0–24 hours and adds that in some cases a withdrawal can be processed within one hour – explicitly not including the verification process.

This is where the most common misunderstanding lies: the short pending time applies to an account that has already been verified. If the identity check is still running, its duration comes on top. A request can therefore remain pending for well over 24 hours without anything having gone wrong – it is waiting for the KYC step, not for the finance department.

A second reason for a status that stays open longer is the weekend: according to AskGamblers, 7Bit does not pay out at weekends (“Weekend Cashouts No”). A request made on Friday evening is therefore picked up again at the start of the week at the earliest. Whether public holidays are handled the same way is not stated for 7Bit: no information.

Verification period

Two statements from the operator stand side by side on how long the KYC check at 7Bit takes. According to clause 8.5 of the terms, checking KYC documents can take up to 30 working days from full submission. According to the FAQ, 7Bit aims to check documents uploaded via the website within 24 hours. Both figures come from the casino itself, yet they differ sharply in tone: the terms set the legal frame, the FAQ describes the target in the normal case.

For planning, this means 24 hours is a target without any obligation, while 30 working days is the contractually reserved upper limit. How often that limit is actually used is not shown by any of the sources consulted: no information. A general overview of the usual time frames and how such wording in terms should be read is collected on the page about the time frames for verification across all brands in this comparison.

The comparison shows two patterns. Cobra uses almost the same sentence as 7Bit in its own KYC conditions (“up to 30 working days”), while AskGamblers gives 0–24 hours there. Boomerang has no maximum period in its terms, only a single report from the source; if you want to compare the two processes, you will find it on the page Boomerang: KYC in about a day together with all the limits of that figure. For Skycrown and Wazamba the verification requirement is documented, but the duration is not.

After approval: payout times by method

Once the ID is confirmed, the payment method decides the rest of the wait. AskGamblers lists the following ranges for 7Bit: e-wallets 0–24 hours, card payments 1–5 days, bank transfers 1–7 days. For Bitcoin, the operator states on its About page that withdrawals take less than ten minutes – this is the casino's own claim, not an independent measurement.

According to AskGamblers, 7Bit offers 19 withdrawal methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter and bank transfer as well as Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Binance Coin. Paysafecard is listed for deposits only. Choosing a particular method does not shorten verification itself; it only matters once the account has been approved.

  • E-wallets: 0–24 hrs (AskGamblers)
  • Card: 1–5 days (AskGamblers)
  • Bank transfer: 1–7 days (AskGamblers)
  • Bitcoin: under 10 minutes (7Bit's own claim)

Minimum amount, limits and instalments

Even after a successful check, limits apply that have nothing to do with verification but are often confused with it. The minimum withdrawal is 0.24 mBTC according to the terms and the FAQ, depending on the payment method, and €20 according to AskGamblers. For maximum amounts, the terms give 0.12 BTC per week and 0.48 BTC per month; Casino.Guru and AskGamblers instead state €10,000 per week and €40,000 per month.

If a withdrawable balance exceeds 0.48 BTC, 7Bit reserves the right under clause 9.11 of the terms to pay it in monthly instalments of no more than 0.48 BTC until the full amount has been paid. An amount that arrives only in part is therefore not necessarily a sign of an open KYC issue. On withdrawal fees, the 7Bit FAQ says there are “minor charges” on the casino's side; the source does not give the amount: no information.

Bonus funds and verification

A completed verification does not automatically make bonus funds withdrawable. According to the bonus terms, all bonuses must be wagered 35 times before the money can be withdrawn, unless stated otherwise; the bonus page names 40–45x wagering for most BTC bonuses. Bonuses that have not been wagered expire after 14 days. Anyone playing with an active bonus should read the bonus terms at 7Bit before requesting a withdrawal, because open wagering blocks the request regardless of the KYC status.

For the welcome package, the bonus terms set a maximum bet of 12 μBTC per spin, and 60 μBTC for other bonuses. A breach of such rules is a separate checkpoint and has nothing to do with the identity check – but both checks can run at the same time and, from the player's point of view, add up to one long wait.

Contacting support

According to AskGamblers, 7Bit support is available around the clock via live chat and by email at [email protected]; no phone number is listed. The 7Bit FAQ confirms both channels. On language there are two levels: the website is available in German according to AskGamblers, while the live chat is English only according to Casino.Guru.

Three details are useful when asking about your verification status: the date on which the last documents were uploaded, the date of the withdrawal request and the method chosen. The upload date shows whether the FAQ's 24-hour target has already been exceeded; the 30-working-day limit in the terms also counts from receipt of all requested documents. If support asks for further documents, the period, according to the wording of the terms, only starts once those have arrived.

Typical causes of delays

The documented rules show the points at which a request at 7Bit takes longer. None of them relies on guesses about internal processes; all follow from the terms, the FAQ or the figures given by AskGamblers.

  • Incomplete documents: the period in the terms only runs from full submission.
  • Submission outside the upload facility: the FAQ's 24-hour target refers to documents uploaded via the website.
  • Weekend: no payouts at weekends according to AskGamblers.
  • Open bonus wagering: 35x under the bonus terms, or 40–45x according to the bonus page.
  • Method: bank transfers up to 7 days, cards up to 5 days after approval.
  • Large wins: instalments above 0.48 BTC under clause 9.11 of the terms.
