Cobra Casino Verification Before Withdrawal
Every figure with its source; differing values side by side.
The short answer: at Cobra Casino a KYC check is mandatory before any withdrawal. The terms and conditions state that a withdrawal request stays pending until every required verification step has been completed. On how long the check takes, the sources disagree sharply. According to Cobra's own KYC page, assessing the documents can take up to 30 working days, counted from the moment all requested documents have been supplied. According to AskGamblers, verification speed is 0–24 hours.
This page is one section of the Cobra withdrawal profile and covers only the stretch between the withdrawal request and its approval: when the check happens, what the pending status means, how long the check may take according to which source, and how to reach support. All figures come from our dataset, checked on 05.10.2026. Where the sources are silent, we write “not stated”, and where they contradict each other, we show both values side by side instead of quietly picking one.
If you first want to understand why online casinos ask for ID and supporting documents at all, and how the five operators in our dataset handle it, the overview page puts the verification rules side by side together with every source conflict.

When the check happens
Cobra regulates the timing more clearly than some other operators. Its terms say that withdrawal requests remain pending until all required verification steps are completed. The check is therefore not a side formality but a condition for approval: no withdrawal is processed without a completed verification. Whether Cobra already asks for identity documents when the account is opened or at the first deposit is not covered by the sources we examined.
In practice this places the check exactly at the moment you are waiting for your money. Anyone who only starts gathering documents after submitting the withdrawal adds that whole gap to the waiting time. Whether Cobra asks for documents again on later withdrawals, on larger amounts or after a change of payment method is not described in the sources.
- Documented (terms): KYC before withdrawal is mandatory; the request stays pending until it is complete.
- Documented (KYC page): the checking period only starts once all requested documents have been supplied.
- Not documented: repeat checks on later withdrawals – no information.
- Not documented: a check at the deposit stage – no information.
Which documents the sources mention
None of the sources we examined contains a concrete list of documents Cobra requires: no information on the type of ID, proof of address, proof of payment or selfie. We therefore do not publish a list that could look like a requirement set by the casino. What is documented is the mechanism: Cobra requests documents, and the deadline on its KYC page refers to the point at which the customer has supplied all requested documents. Which proofs are needed in your own case is shown by the request in your account or by asking support.
One practical point follows from that wording: an incomplete submission does not start the clock. If a single document is missing or a file is unreadable, the period on the KYC page only begins once the set is complete. If you want your money quickly, upload exactly what was requested and make sure the files are legible and complete.
What pending means
Once submitted, a Cobra withdrawal moves into the “pending” status. During this phase the request sits with the casino awaiting approval, and this is precisely where verification comes in: as long as not all checks are complete, the terms keep the request in this state. For the pending time itself, AskGamblers gives 0–72 hours and states that the finance department works through withdrawal requests within 3 business days of the request.
The order of the stages matters. The terms speak of processing within 72 hours after approval, the FAQ names 12 hours as the target, and the payments page lists every method as “Instant”. These figures describe processing after approval, not the verification before it. The KYC check therefore comes ahead of all of these times, and its own duration is the most disputed value in the whole process.
ICheck the status in your account
Look in the cashier whether the request is still listed as pending and whether a document request is waiting.
IISubmit the full set of documents
Upload every requested proof; according to the KYC page the checking period only starts once the set is complete.
IIIWait for the check
Up to 30 working days according to the KYC page, 0–24 hours according to AskGamblers; both values are documented.
IVAllow for processing after approval
Up to 72 hours according to the terms, a 12-hour target according to the FAQ; no payouts on weekends and bank holidays according to AskGamblers.
VContact support
If the request stays open for a noticeably long time, ask about the status of the check via live chat or email.
How long the check takes
On the duration of verification the sources are far apart. According to Cobra's KYC page, assessing KYC documents can take up to 30 working days, counted from the moment the customer has supplied all requested documents. According to AskGamblers, verification speed is 0–24 hours. Both figures are documented, and neither can be identified from the sources as the one that applies. We therefore leave the contradiction unresolved.
It can still be put into context. The 30 working days on the KYC page are phrased as an upper bound (“could be up to”), the outer limit Cobra reserves for itself. The 0–24 hours from AskGamblers are a guide value from a third-party source. For planning this means a request may clear within a day, but nobody can rely on that range if the check takes longer. With a five-day working week, 30 working days come to roughly six calendar weeks.
Notably, the same wording appears at another operator. The 7Bit terms also give up to 30 working days from complete documents, while the 7Bit FAQ aims for a check within 24 hours; the page 7Bit: up to 30 working days to check sets out this second case with all its sources. For SkyCrown and Wazamba there is no information on how long the check takes, and for Boomerang only a single case described by AskGamblers of about one day. That makes Cobra and 7Bit the only two operators in our dataset with a written 30-working-day cap on the check.
Verification and payout time added together
To know when the money actually arrives, several stages have to be added up. First comes verification: up to 30 working days according to the KYC page, 0–24 hours according to AskGamblers. Then Cobra's processing: up to 72 hours after approval according to the terms, with a 12-hour target according to the FAQ. Finally the transfer time of the chosen method, which also depends on the source you read.
- E-wallets: 0–1 hours according to AskGamblers; the payments page lists Skrill and Neteller as “Instant”.
- Crypto: 0–2 hours according to AskGamblers; the payments page lists Bitcoin as “Instant”.
- Card: 3–5 days according to AskGamblers, “Instant” according to the payments page.
- Bank transfer: up to 3 working days according to the terms, 5–7 days according to AskGamblers, “Instant” according to the payments page.
Weekends add to this: according to AskGamblers, Cobra does not process withdrawals on weekends and bank holidays. If verification is completed on a Friday evening, processing starts on Monday at the earliest. How the individual stages break down per method is covered in detail on the page Cobra: processing after approval with every time figure.
After approval: limits and minimum amount
A completed verification does not lift the withdrawal limits. At VIP level 0 (Serpent) the terms set €500 per day, €2,500 per week and €10,000 per month; higher levels (Viper, Python, Anaconda, King Cobra) carry higher limits. Per withdrawal the cap is €500 for card, e-wallets and bank transfer, and €250 for Paysafecard. A balance of €2,000 can therefore only be withdrawn over at least four days at the base level, and each partial withdrawal goes through processing after approval.
The minimum withdrawal is €20 or the equivalent in another currency, and for crypto the equivalent of €20; for bank transfer the payments page states €50. According to the payments page Cobra charges no withdrawal fees on any method. There are 17 withdrawal options, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, bank transfer as well as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin. The tiering by VIP level is explained in full on the page Cobra limits at the Serpent VIP level.
An open bonus before withdrawal
Besides verification, an active bonus can hold up a withdrawal, and a completed check does nothing about outstanding wagering requirements. On the welcome bonus the sources disagree: according to AskGamblers it is 100 % up to €500 plus 250 bonus spins on the first deposit, while according to Casino.Guru there are different variants by country, for example 100 % up to $1,000 plus 250 spins. Wagering is 40 times the bonus amount according to AskGamblers, and the maximum bet while a bonus is active is €5 according to the FAQ. There is no information on a deadline for the wagering.
If you have not yet met the bonus terms at Cobra before your first withdrawal, sort that out first. A sensible order is: check for open wagering, then request the withdrawal and submit the requested documents in full. That way the check does not run for nothing because the withdrawal is blocked for another reason.
Operator and licence behind the check
Verification follows the obligations the operator has towards its licensing authority. Cobra Casino is run by Novatrix SRL, based in Costa Rica (registration number 3-102-893958), with Vixatrix Limited acting as payment agent. According to Casino.Guru the casino was founded in 2020.
On the licence the sources contradict each other: according to Cobra, the casino operates under e-gaming licence No. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, while according to Casino.Guru it holds licences from Comoros (Anjouan Gaming) and New Brunswick (Tobique Gaming Commission). Which specific checking duties follow from this for identity verification cannot be derived from these statements; what is documented are only the rules Cobra itself publishes in its terms and on its KYC page.
Contacting support
For questions about the check Cobra offers three channels: a live chat that, according to AskGamblers, is available around the clock (24/7) in English and German, email to [email protected], and a contact form. A phone line is not documented in the sources. According to Casino.Guru the website and support are also available in German, so questions about verification can be handled without a language barrier.
The live chat suits a quick status query; email is better when you want a written record. Useful details are the date of the withdrawal request, the amount, the chosen method and the date the last documents were uploaded, since according to the KYC page the checking period counts from that day. How long support takes to reply is not documented.
