Casino withdrawal with Trustly

Values per casino, each with its source.

How we collect the data →

A casino withdrawal with Trustly is possible at only one of the five casinos on this site, according to our sources: Boomerang Casino lists Trustly among its withdrawal methods (AskGamblers). SkyCrown, Wazamba, Cobra and 7Bit do not name Trustly in the withdrawal lists we analysed; there, payouts to a bank account go through a classic bank transfer or through Rapid Transfer, alongside e-wallets, cards and cryptocurrencies. Trustly itself is not a balance account but a payment service that moves money directly between the casino and your own current account.

This page is part of our overview of all casino withdrawal options and looks at exactly one method in depth: Trustly, with the process, security and the requirement for an account in your own name.

All casino data comes from the payout data of our sources (AskGamblers, Casino.Guru, gambling.com, Vigiswiss as well as the casinos’ terms and payment pages, as of 5 October 2026). Where sources contradict each other, we give both figures with their origin; where nothing is documented, it says “no data”. Gambling is only permitted from the age of 18 and can be addictive.

Which of the 5 casinos offer Trustly for withdrawals

According to the source, Boomerang’s withdrawal list covers 20 methods, including, besides Trustly, bank transfer, Rapid Transfer, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Payz, MuchBetter, Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard and eight cryptocurrencies; for payouts in cryptocurrency AskGamblers gives a higher minimum of approx. 40–€60 at Boomerang. If you are specifically looking for a casino with Trustly, you will find this brand’s timing, limits and verification collected on our page about the Boomerang withdrawal.

At the other four casinos, Trustly does not appear in any of the lists we analysed. Cashier sections can differ by country, currency and time; we only name what a source documents.

The table describes withdrawal lists only. We did not analyse the deposit lists separately, so whether Trustly appears in the cashier for deposits is “no data” for all five casinos. Before your first deposit, check whether the same route is also enabled for withdrawals.

What the other four casinos use instead of Trustly

If you play at SkyCrown, Wazamba, Cobra or 7Bit and want a payout to your own current account, the sources mainly show two routes: the classic bank transfer and Rapid Transfer. Bank transfer is in the withdrawal list of all five casinos. Rapid Transfer is a bank-based option from the Skrill family; Skrill itself is on the withdrawal list as an e-wallet at Boomerang, SkyCrown, Cobra and 7Bit, and at Wazamba according to AskGamblers EN (the German AskGamblers page does not list it there), so all five casinos also count as Skrill casinos. Rapid Transfer appears at Boomerang, SkyCrown and 7Bit, at Cobra under the name Skrill Rapid Transfer and at Wazamba only according to the English AskGamblers page; the German AskGamblers page does not list it for Wazamba.

  • SkyCrown: bank transfer in 1–5 days according to AskGamblers or 1–5 working days according to Vigiswiss. As the minimum, gambling.com gives €20, while Vigiswiss gives €500 for bank transfer. In addition Rapid Transfer, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Payz and cards.
  • Wazamba: bank transfer in 3–5 days according to AskGamblers. The sources’ method lists differ: according to AskGamblers EN there are Rapid Transfer, Skrill and Neteller among others, according to AskGamblers DE Jeton, MiFinity, Mastercard and cryptocurrencies among others.
  • Cobra: bank transfer up to 3 working days according to the terms, 5–7 days according to AskGamblers, “Instant” according to the payment page; the payment page gives a minimum of €50 for bank transfer. In addition Skrill Rapid Transfer, Skrill, Neteller and cards.
  • 7Bit: bank transfer in 1–7 days. In addition Rapid Transfer, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Payz, cards and cryptocurrencies.

If your main reason for Trustly is not having to open an extra account with an e-wallet provider, bank transfer is the most direct substitute. If speed matters most, the sources give shorter times for e-wallets than for bank transfers at several casinos; for that, however, you need your own e-wallet account in your name.

Trustly = payment directly from your bank account

Trustly is a payment service from Sweden that processes payments through the online banking of your own bank. You do not hold a balance with Trustly and you do not top up a wallet. When paying, you choose your bank, confirm the transaction with your bank’s credentials and approval, and the money is transferred directly from your current account. For a withdrawal the route runs the other way: the casino pays via Trustly into the bank account linked to the transaction.

Technically, a Trustly withdrawal is therefore a special form of withdrawal to your bank account, in which the account is not typed in by hand but recognised through the bank connection. The advantage: typing errors in the IBAN are ruled out, and the casino receives account details that actually belong to you. That is why bank-based routes are easier to trace in the “account in your own name” check than a wallet that could be held in someone else’s name.

What Trustly does not change is the processing time at the casino: before any money flows via Trustly, the casino has to approve the withdrawal. No source gives a separate time for Trustly alone: “no data”.

Trustly, Sofortüberweisung and Klarna: similarities and differences

Two questions come up again and again when people search for Trustly: “Can I make a Sofortüberweisung with Trustly?” and “Is Trustly like Klarna?”. Both are about a payment that you approve directly in online banking, without a card and without a wallet.

Trustly and Sofortüberweisung: Sofortüberweisung is a separate product of another provider (now part of Klarna). So with Trustly you do not make a Sofortüberweisung but a payment via Trustly that works on a similar principle: you choose your bank, confirm the payment with your bank’s details, and the money is transferred from your current account. For you as a user the process therefore looks similar, but the payment runs through a different service.

Trustly and Klarna: Klarna is a payment provider with several products, including invoice purchase, instalment payments and Sofortüberweisung. Trustly specialises in payments directly from a bank account. The two are only comparable in the bank account principle, not in invoice or instalment purchases. For casino withdrawals, Klarna plays no role at the five casinos on this site: none of the withdrawal lists we analysed names Klarna or Sofortüberweisung.

How a withdrawal with Trustly works

The following process describes the usual route at a casino that lists Trustly for withdrawals, which among the five casinos on this site is only Boomerang according to the sources. The exact button labels may differ in the cashier.

  1. IComplete verification

Upload your ID and proof of address before the first request. For Boomerang, AskGamblers mentions a standard KYC check before the first withdrawal, which according to the source took about a day.

  2. IIOpen the cashier and choose withdrawal

Open the withdrawal section in your casino account and select Trustly from the list of available methods.

  3. IIIEnter the amount

Keep the minimum and limits in mind. For Boomerang, AskGamblers gives a minimum of €10 as well as €500 per transaction and per day.

  4. IVChoose your bank and confirm

In the Trustly window, choose your bank and confirm with your online banking details. The account must be in your own name.

  5. VWait for approval

The request starts in pending status. For Boomerang the source gives 1–5 days for this; according to AskGamblers there are no payouts at weekends.

  6. VICheck receipt in your current account

After approval the credit appears in the linked bank account. Keep the confirmation from your casino account until the money has arrived.

A word on the order of methods: many casinos prefer to pay out via the route used for the deposit. If you deposited by card, the casino may route the payout back to Visa or Mastercard instead of Trustly; at Boomerang both cards are on the withdrawal list. If in doubt, clarify this with support before the request, so that the withdrawal does not get rejected and have to be submitted again.

Time, limits and fees for a Trustly withdrawal

As only Boomerang lists Trustly, all documented figures refer to this casino. No source gives a Trustly-specific payout time; the following details apply to Boomerang in general or to the method groups listed by AskGamblers.

  • Processing (pending): 1–5 days before the payment leaves the casino.
  • Transfer: e-wallets, bank transfer and card 3–5 days each according to AskGamblers; for Trustly itself “no data”.
  • Weekend: no payouts at weekends.
  • Minimum withdrawal: €10 (for crypto approx. 40–€60).
  • Limits: €500 per transaction, €500 per day, €7,000 per month.
  • Fees: no withdrawal fees on the casino’s side.

First comes the processing at the casino, then the transfer. If you add both ranges and keep in mind that, according to AskGamblers, Boomerang makes no payouts at weekends, you can see why the casino payout time to a bank account can exceed a week, even though Trustly itself is only the transport route.

Fees charged by your own bank for incoming payments depend on your account model and are not part of the casino data; your bank’s price list is what counts.

Is Trustly safe?

The question “Is Trustly trustworthy?” has two parts: is the payment service itself a regulated provider, and is the casino you pay into a provider you want to trust with your money?

The payment service: Trustly states that it is supervised as a payment institution by the Swedish financial supervisory authority Finansinspektionen. Whether a payment institution is authorised can be checked in the public register of the relevant authority. When paying, you rely on your bank asking for the approval; Trustly does not receive any card details, because no card is involved.

The casino: a regulated payment service says nothing about whether you are playing at a German-licensed online casino or whether it approves withdrawals promptly. For Boomerang, the sources give different information on the licence: Costa Rica according to AskGamblers, no valid licence according to Casino.Guru. Check the casino’s licence and terms separately from the payment method.

What you can do yourself:

  • Enter bank details only in the Trustly window that you open from the cashier, and check the address in the browser bar.
  • Never pass on a TAN, approval codes or passwords by phone, e-mail or chat, not even to supposed staff of the casino, the bank or Trustly.
  • After each payment, check in online banking that the amount and recipient are correct.
  • A transfer approved in online banking usually cannot be reversed in the way a card payment can. So only deposit amounts you can afford to lose.

In a specific dispute with a casino, or with a payment you cannot account for, contact your bank first and, if needed, get advice from a consumer advice centre or a lawyer.

Because Trustly, like Sofortüberweisung, debits your bank account directly, deposits at a casino without a German licence often raise a different question: when is reclaiming money from an online casino possible, and which steps does it take? We explain this on a separate page with dates and sources.

Account in your own name: what the GwG and GlüStV require

In Germany there is a clear rule for withdrawals: the money may only go to an account in your name. According to § 16 (7) GwG, withdrawals may only be made by a payment transaction to a payment account in the player’s name, stating the purpose of payment (source: gesetze-im-internet.de, as of 06.10.2026). The State Treaty on Gambling adds to this in § 6b (4) GlüStV 2021: deposits and withdrawals via anonymous means of payment are not permitted in remote sales (source: gesetze-bayern.de, as of 06.10.2026).

Trustly fits this logic because the payment is tied to a current account at a bank that is already held by an identified person. In practice this means for you:

  • Use only your own current account, not the account of your partner, parents or friends.
  • The name on the bank account should match the name in your casino account and on your ID documents exactly; different spellings can delay approval.
  • A joint account can lead to queries if the second account holder is unknown to the casino.

The requirements of the GwG and GlüStV are aimed at operators with a German licence. According to the sources, the five casinos on this site name licences from other countries, or one source says a valid licence is missing. Regardless of this, according to the sources all five require a check of your identity before withdrawal or can defer payment until it is completed, and an account in someone else’s name is a common reason for a rejected withdrawal there too.

When the Trustly withdrawal does not arrive

If a withdrawal via Trustly does not arrive, the cause usually lies not with the payment service but earlier, at the casino. Go through the possible reasons one by one:

  • Status still pending: at Boomerang, processing can take 1–5 days according to the source. As long as the request has not been approved, no money flows.
  • Weekend: a request made on Friday evening is processed by Boomerang in the following week at the earliest.
  • Verification open: if documents are missing, the withdrawal stays on hold. Check the inbox of your casino account for requests.
  • Limit exceeded: if the amount is above Boomerang’s daily limit of €500, it is split up or the request has to be adjusted.
  • Name does not match: if the account holder differs from the name in the casino account, the payment can be rejected.
  • Bonus not yet wagered: with an active bonus and open wagering requirements, the casino can hold back the withdrawal.

If the request is marked as paid out at the casino but the money is not in your account after the stated transfer time, ask support for a transaction reference and give it to your bank. With the reference it can be traced whether and when the payment was executed.

Deposit with Trustly versus withdrawal: the difference

Many people search for “online casino trustly deposit”, because Trustly is mainly known as a deposit route. For a deposit you confirm the amount in online banking, and the money is usually available in the casino account after a short time. For a withdrawal the order is different: first the casino checks the request, then the money is transferred. Whether you use Trustly, a bank transfer or Rapid Transfer makes no difference to that check.

The deposit therefore says little about how long the withdrawal will take; what matters are the casino’s processing time, verification and withdrawal caps. If Trustly is not available for withdrawals, the casino usually pays out by bank transfer, and you should know the times and minimums stated for it.

Conclusion

Trustly is a payment directly from your own bank account, without a wallet and without a card. Among the five casinos on this site, according to the sources only Boomerang lists Trustly for withdrawals; the time is set not by Trustly but by the processing at the casino. The security of the payment route does not replace checking the casino, and the account must be in your own name.
