Wazamba Casino Withdrawal Time

Every figure with its source; differing values side by side.

How we collect the data →

A Wazamba withdrawal runs in two stages: according to the English edition of AskGamblers, the request first sits in processing at the casino for 0–5 days, after which the transfer takes 0–24 hours for e-wallets and 3–5 days for bank transfer or card. No withdrawals are processed at weekends. The German edition of the same source gives partly different figures, mainly for processing and for card payments. Minimum amount, monthly limit, fees and every method the brand offers are collected on the page Wazamba withdrawals at a glance, which serves as the starting point for all Wazamba topics in this guide.

One point matters for reading the numbers correctly: the figures “0–5 days” and “0–24 hours” both come from the English AskGamblers page and do not contradict each other. The first describes processing (pending) at the casino, the second the running time of an e-wallet payment once it has been released. The real conflict is between AskGamblers EN and AskGamblers DE. This page therefore separates the two stages, shows both editions side by side with “according to …”, and states plainly where no figure is given. All values are as of 5 October 2026.

Processing vs. credit to your account

The waiting time at Wazamba consists of two sections that run one after the other and have different causes:

  • Processing at the casino (pending). The request has been made, but the money has not yet left the casino. During this phase the finance department checks the request, the player account and, where relevant, the verification status. According to AskGamblers EN this stage takes 0–5 days. According to AskGamblers DE the processing time is 3–5 days; elsewhere on the same German page it says the finance department handles withdrawal requests within 3 working days of submission.
  • Transfer via the payment method. After release, the payment is with the payment provider, the bank or the card issuer. How long this section takes depends on the method chosen: hours for e-wallets, days for bank transfers.

Only once both stages are complete is the money available in your own account or wallet. Reading just one figure leads to under- or overestimating the wait: “0–24 hours” only applies from release onwards, and “0–5 days” only covers the time until release, not the arrival of the money. If you want to understand in general how long casinos take to pay out and why almost every operator distinguishes between processing and transfer, the basics are on our overview page on withdrawal times.

For Wazamba this means in practice: processing is the uncertain part of the wait. Its range runs from zero to five days according to the English source and from three to five days according to the German one. The transfer afterwards is easy to plan because it mainly depends on the method.

Time per method

The table below sets the figures from both AskGamblers editions side by side. The “Match” column shows whether the figures agree, are compatible or contradict each other. Neither source gives a withdrawal time for cryptocurrencies.

SourceAskGamblers (EN)AskGamblers (DE)–

For e-wallets the two editions are compatible: “0–24 hours” and “24 hours” describe the same upper limit. Bank transfer is identical in both sources at 3–5 days, which makes it the best-supported figure in the table. Card payments are where the figures diverge: according to AskGamblers EN they take 3–5 days, according to AskGamblers DE 24–72 hours. The sources do not allow us to say which figure currently applies; if you withdraw to a card, it is safer to plan with the longer range.

The method lists themselves also differ. The English edition lists Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity and Rapid Transfer among the withdrawal options. The German edition names Mastercard, Jeton, MiFinity, bank transfer and several cryptocurrencies, but no Visa, Skrill, Neteller or Rapid Transfer. If you want to know which methods Wazamba pays out faster and which lists differ between the sources, the full comparison is on the methods page. For cryptocurrencies, they appear in both withdrawal lists, but no source gives a duration, so the status here is “not stated”.

How the total time adds up

Adding processing and transfer gives the calculated total time from request to money received. The table works through both editions separately. For the German edition, keep in mind that it does not say explicitly whether the method times come on top of the processing time; the total is therefore an upper bound following the same logic as for the English edition.

MethodTotal according to AskGamblers ENTotal according to AskGamblers DE
E-wallets0 to 6 days4 to 6 days
Card3 to 10 days4 to 8 days
Bank transfer3 to 10 days6 to 10 days
Cryptonot statednot stated
SourceAskGamblers (EN)AskGamblers (DE)

The calculation shows two things. First, the e-wallet is the shortest route in both editions, because its transfer takes one day at most. Second, at Wazamba it is mainly processing that decides whether a withdrawal arrives quickly or slowly: under the English source it can be released straight away, under the German one after three days at the earliest. Bank transfer reaches up to 10 days in both editions.

All totals are calendar days and ignore the weekend. Because no withdrawals are processed at weekends, the real wait can grow by up to two days if the request is made just before a weekend. For comparison within this guide: for Boomerang Casino, AskGamblers gives processing of 1–5 days followed by 3–5 days for every method, as the page Boomerang: payout in 1-5 days breaks down in detail. Wazamba is therefore shorter above all for e-wallets, while for bank transfers the two brands are in the same range.

Weekends and release

Both AskGamblers editions agree that Wazamba does not process withdrawals at weekends (“Weekend Cashouts No” and “Auszahlungen am Wochenende Nein”). The German edition also gives the finance department’s working hours: Monday to Friday, 6 am to 5 pm GMT. In Germany, Austria and Switzerland that equals 7 am to 6 pm in winter (CET) and 8 am to 7 pm in summer (CEST).

This has a few practical consequences for planning:

  • A request made on Friday evening after working hours can be processed on Monday at the earliest. In that case the processing period effectively starts with the next working day.
  • The phrase “within 3 working days” in the German edition counts only Monday to Friday. Three working days can therefore span up to five calendar days.
  • A request made on Monday morning has the whole working week available before the weekend interrupts processing.
  • The transfer after release also depends on the payment method: banks usually do not book at weekends, while e-wallets are less affected.

The sources do not say whether public holidays are treated differently; there is no figure on that.

The first withdrawal and verification

According to AskGamblers DE, Wazamba reserves the right to delay executing payments or releasing winnings until all verification procedures and checks have been completed successfully. For timing, this means that as long as verification is not finished, the processing stage can take longer than the ranges quoted. How long verification itself takes is not stated by any source.

An active bonus can also affect a withdrawal. For the welcome bonus (100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins and 1 Bonus Crab on the first deposit), AskGamblers states a 35x wagering requirement on deposit plus bonus. The sources give neither a deadline for the wagering nor a maximum stake while the bonus is active. If you play with bonus funds, check before requesting a withdrawal whether the wagering requirement has been met, so the request does not get stuck in processing.

Minimum amount, monthly limit and fees

Besides the duration, the limits determine how quickly a larger win reaches your own account in full:

  • Minimum withdrawal: €10 according to AskGamblers.
  • Monthly limit: €20,000 per month according to Casino.Guru and AskGamblers EN; €10,000 per month according to AskGamblers DE.
  • Daily and weekly limit: not stated.
  • Fees: no withdrawal fees according to AskGamblers, confirmed by the German edition.

The monthly limit lengthens the wait indirectly for large amounts: if a balance exceeds the monthly limit, the rest is paid out in the following months. Depending on the source, this kicks in from €10,000 or from €20,000. Whether Wazamba pays larger amounts in instalments is not stated.

What makes the wait longer and what helps

The typical causes of longer waits can be derived from what the sources say. Almost all of them affect the processing stage, not the transfer:

  1. Open verification. If documents are missing or checks are incomplete, Wazamba may delay the withdrawal. Submitting proof of identity and address before the first request removes this factor.
  2. Request before the weekend. Requests made on Friday evening or Saturday are processed from Monday. A request at the start of the week makes full use of the working days.
  3. Slow method. Bank transfers take 3–5 days in both editions, e-wallets 24 hours at most. You can choose the method before the request, provided it is offered for withdrawals.
  4. Active bonus. While the 35x wagering requirement on deposit plus bonus has not been met, check your wagering progress before requesting; the sources give no deadline for it.
  5. Amount above the monthly limit. The part above €10,000 or €20,000 per month is paid out later.

If a withdrawal takes clearly longer than the ranges quoted, customer support is the first point of contact. According to AskGamblers DE it is available by live chat, email and phone around the clock; according to AskGamblers EN by email and live chat around the clock, with no phone line mentioned.

What the sources say

There are two usable sources for Wazamba’s withdrawal time: the English and the German pages of AskGamblers. Casino.Guru provides figures on limits and the operator, but nothing on withdrawal time. The two AskGamblers editions differ in two places:

  • Processing: 0–5 days (pending) according to AskGamblers EN; 3–5 days, or within 3 working days by the finance department, according to AskGamblers DE.
  • Card payments: 3–5 days according to AskGamblers EN, 24–72 hours according to AskGamblers DE.

They agree on bank transfer at 3–5 days, e-wallets at 24 hours at most, the absence of fees and the absence of weekend payouts. The frequently quoted pair “0–5 days vs. 0–24 hours” is not a conflict: both figures come from the English edition and describe different stages, namely processing and e-wallet transfer time.

The sources also disagree on other basic data that matters for placing the brand. Casino.Guru names Naale Limited as the operator, AskGamblers names Liernin Enterprises LTD. On licensing, AskGamblers EN names the Anjouan Gaming Board and AskGamblers DE the Philippine PAGCOR; according to Casino.Guru, Wazamba holds no licence from any gambling authority. The founding year is 2019 according to AskGamblers EN and 2016 according to AskGamblers DE. This page does not adopt any of these values on its own but always gives both versions.
