Wazamba Casino: withdrawing a bonus

Every figure with its source; differing values side by side.

How we collect the data →

Funds from the Wazamba Casino welcome offer (100% up to €500 + 200 free spins + 1 Bonus Crab on the first deposit) can only be withdrawn once the wagering is complete: according to AskGamblers, 35 times the sum of deposit and bonus. The sources we checked do not state a time limit for that wagering or a maximum bet per round, so both values appear here as “not stated”. Every other figure for the brand, from processing times to payment methods, is collected with its source on the page Wazamba: everything about withdrawals.

This page turns the wagering factor into euro amounts, explains what the missing values mean in practice and shows which limits apply to the actual withdrawal once the bonus is cleared. Data as of 05.10.2026. Where the sources are silent, for example on how much individual game types contribute or on wagering for free spin winnings, nothing is estimated. Gambling is for adults 18+ only; this page does not recommend accepting any bonus.

Wagering factor and base

What matters is not only the factor but the base it applies to. The German bonus entry at AskGamblers says the bonus is subject to a 35-fold wagering requirement “for deposit and bonus”. Your own deposit is therefore part of the base. That is stricter than wagering on the bonus amount alone, because with a 100% bonus the base is twice the bonus.

Here is what that means in euros. The calculation uses only the 100% match, the €500 cap and the 35x factor from the source:

  • Deposit €20: bonus €20, base €40, wagering €1,400.
  • Deposit €100: bonus €100, base €200, wagering €7,000.
  • Deposit €250: bonus €250, base €500, wagering €17,500.
  • Deposit €500: bonus €500 (maximum), base €1,000, wagering €35,000.

Wagering means the total of all stakes, not the amount lost. Someone who has to wager €7,000 stakes the same money again and again over many rounds while wins and losses alternate. The sources say nothing about whether deposits above €500 count towards the base, what minimum deposit triggers the bonus, or how much table and live games contribute. How other operators set factor and base, and how many times casinos make you wager a bonus, is summarised for all tracked brands on the overview page about withdrawing bonuses.

Free spins and the Bonus Crab

Besides the deposit bonus, the welcome offer includes 200 free spins and one Bonus Crab. For withdrawals it matters that the source names the 35x factor explicitly for deposit and bonus. Whether winnings from the free spins use the same factor, a separate one or none at all is not stated. The value per spin, the eligible games and how the spins are spread over several days are not given either.

The Bonus Crab is also listed only as part of the package, without any rules on whether its contents must be wagered. In practice this means checking in the account which parts of the balance are still flagged as bonus before requesting a payout. Only the part without a bonus attached is clearly free to withdraw.

Time limit

There is no stated time limit within which the wagering must be completed. Neither the AskGamblers bonus entry nor the Casino.Guru and AskGamblers profiles give a number of days. That sets Wazamba apart from other brands: a direct comparison with Boomerang: 35x and a 10-day deadline shows the same factor on the same base there, but with a documented deadline.

A missing public deadline does not mean there is none. Bonus terms usually include a validity period after which bonus funds expire. For Wazamba the value can only be found in the terms shown in the account or by asking support. Anyone taking the bonus should clarify the deadline first and work out a daily target from it. For comparison: €7,000 of wagering would be €700 a day over 10 days, or €500 a day over 14 days. These are worked examples only, not Wazamba figures.

Maximum bet

The sources do not give a maximum bet per round with an active bonus at Wazamba either, so this value is not stated. At the other tracked brands it ranges from €2 to €5 (or $5 at Boomerang) per round, and at 7Bit it is set in bitcoin units. Nothing can be inferred for Wazamba from that; the limit could be higher, lower or tied to specific games.

Even so, the maximum bet is a rule that can cause a bonus withdrawal to fail. At many operators a single round above the limit is enough for bonus winnings to be voided. What consequences Wazamba applies is not stated. A simple calculation shows the effort involved: €7,000 of wagering at €1 per round takes 7,000 rounds, at €2 per round 3,500, at €5 per round 1,400. Again, these are worked examples, not brand limits.

When the balance becomes withdrawable

A balance at Wazamba is only withdrawable once no bonus is attached and the brand's general withdrawal rules are met. The steps in order:

  1. ICheck the wagering

Look in the account to see whether 35x deposit plus bonus has been fully reached. Any remainder keeps the bonus balance locked.

  2. IIClarify deadline and maximum bet

The sources do not state either value. They appear in the bonus terms inside the account or can be requested from support.

  3. IIIComplete verification

According to AskGamblers DE, Wazamba may hold back payments until all verification checks are complete. The duration of the check is not stated.

  4. IVChoose amount and method

Minimum €10. According to AskGamblers there are no withdrawal fees. Daily and per-transaction limits: not stated.

  5. VWait for processing

According to AskGamblers EN 0–5 days pending; according to AskGamblers DE processing within 3 working days. Withdrawals are not processed at weekends.

With wagering on deposit plus bonus, your own deposit is also tied up. Whether Wazamba allows the deposit share to be withdrawn before the wagering is met, cancelling the bonus in the process, is not stated. It is therefore worth asking support before making a request: according to AskGamblers DE via live chat, email and phone around the clock in German, according to AskGamblers EN via email and live chat, with no phone line mentioned.

Once the wagering is done, the brand's ordinary limits apply, and at Wazamba that mainly means a monthly cap. The page on Wazamba limits after wagering shows how a larger win is spread over several withdrawals at €20,000 or €10,000 per month.

After wagering: monthly limit and processing time

Once the bonus is cleared, the remaining balance becomes ordinary real money, and the brand's standard values apply to withdrawing it. The sources disagree on the monthly limit: €20,000 per month according to Casino.Guru and AskGamblers EN, €10,000 per month according to AskGamblers DE. A balance of €25,000 would be spread over two months under the higher figure and three months under the lower one. No daily or per-transaction limit is stated.

Processing time also has two readings. AskGamblers EN gives 0–5 days pending, e-wallets 0–24 hours, and bank transfer and card 3–5 days. AskGamblers DE describes processing by the finance department within 3 working days (Monday to Friday), e-wallets 24 hours, bank transfer 3–5 days and card 24–72 hours. Both sources agree that there are no weekend payouts and no withdrawal fees.

Wazamba and Boomerang compared

The closest match to Wazamba is Boomerang: the same 35x factor on the same base of deposit plus bonus, but according to AskGamblers with a 10-day deadline and a maximum bet of $5 per round. These are exactly the two values the sources we checked leave out for Wazamba. Factors, deadlines and maximum bets for the other tracked brands are collected on the page Withdrawing a bonus: terms for all brands.

Common reasons a bonus withdrawal gets stuck

When a withdrawal request with an active bonus does not go through, it is usually down to one of the following causes. The list links each one to the documented or missing rules:

  • Wagering incomplete: even a small remainder towards 35x (deposit + bonus) keeps the bonus balance locked.
  • Deadline unknown: without a public figure, the bonus may expire before the wagering is reached.
  • Stake above the limit: the maximum bet is not published; rounds above it put bonus winnings at risk.
  • Verification pending: according to AskGamblers DE, Wazamba may defer payouts until all checks are complete.
  • Amount below €10: smaller amounts fall under the minimum withdrawal.
  • Monthly limit reached: €20,000 or €10,000 per month, depending on the source.
  • Request at the weekend: according to both AskGamblers versions, withdrawals are not processed at weekends.

If a request sits in pending status with no visible reason, support is the first point of contact. The sources do not list which documents Wazamba requires for verification.

What the sources say

The bonus and the wagering come from the German bonus entry at AskGamblers: “100% up to €500 + 200 free spins + 1 Bonus Crab, 1st deposit at Wazamba Casino” and a “35-fold wagering requirement for deposit and bonus”. The deadline and maximum bet are missing there, just as they are in the Casino.Guru and AskGamblers profiles. The offer currently shown in the account may differ.

The sources disagree on the background data. Casino.Guru names Naale Limited as the operator, AskGamblers names Liernin Enterprises LTD. On licensing, AskGamblers lists the Anjouan Gaming Board and PAGCOR, while Casino.Guru reports no licence. That does not change the bonus rules themselves, but it does affect who you could turn to in a dispute over voided bonus winnings.
