Casino Withdrawals with Neteller

Values per casino, each with its source.

How we collect the data →

You can withdraw casino winnings to Neteller at all five casinos covered here, although at Wazamba only one of the two sources lists it. Neteller is an e-wallet, and e-wallets get the shortest processing times in the sources: 0–1 hours at SkyCrown and Cobra, 0–24 hours at Wazamba and 7Bit, and 3–5 days at Boomerang, each counted from the moment the casino approves the request. Before that come the pending period and identity verification, and none of the five casinos pays out at weekends. To see how Neteller compares with cards, bank transfer and crypto at each casino, use our overview of withdrawal methods covering every option per brand.

On this page you will find the Neteller withdrawal process step by step, a comparison table with processing time, minimum amount and fees, the limits per casino, and the usual reasons why a payout to your Neteller account takes longer than expected. Every figure comes from the linked sources (checked on 5 October 2026). Where sources disagree, we show both values side by side instead of quietly picking one. Where a source says nothing, the page says “no data”.

In short: Neteller speeds up the last leg of a withdrawal, the transfer from the casino to the e-wallet. It does not speed up the first leg – the processing of your request, KYC checks and the work of the finance team. If you want your money quickly, verify your account in advance and submit the request on a working day.

How a Neteller withdrawal works

The process is built the same way at all five casinos; only times and limits differ. The order matters: first the casino checks your account and the request, then the amount is sent to Neteller. Step by step:

  1. IPrepare your Neteller account

Have an active Neteller account in your own name ready. Your name and e-mail address should match the details in your casino account, so that your request can be processed without follow-up questions.

  2. IIVerify your casino account

Upload your ID and proof of address before you request your first withdrawal. According to the sources, Boomerang, SkyCrown, Cobra and 7Bit require identity checks before paying out; Wazamba reserves the right to delay payments until all checks are complete.

  3. IIICheck your bonus terms

If a bonus is active, the wagering requirement must be met before the balance can be withdrawn. At SkyCrown, gambling.com also reports charges if your deposit has not been wagered at least three times.

  4. IVRequest the withdrawal

Open the withdrawal tab in the cashier, choose Neteller and enter the amount. It has to be above the minimum and below the per-transaction limit, otherwise the system will reject the request.

  5. VWait for the pending period

The casino checks your request. According to the sources this takes 1–5 days at Boomerang, 0–72 hours at SkyCrown and Cobra, 0–5 days at Wazamba (per AskGamblers EN) and 0–24 hours at 7Bit. Plan for this time before you count on the money.

  6. VICheck the credit in Neteller

Once approved, the amount is sent to Neteller. Check that it has arrived in your Neteller account and compare the amount and date with the withdrawal history in the casino.

  7. VIIMove it on to your bank account

From your Neteller account you can transfer the balance to your bank account. That transfer is between you and Neteller; Neteller sets the terms for it, not the casino.

The most common bottleneck is not the transfer itself but step two. Anyone who uploads documents only when requesting the first withdrawal adds the entire verification time to the wait. For Boomerang, AskGamblers mentions about one day for standard KYC; at Cobra the KYC page speaks of up to 30 working days while AskGamblers states 0–24 hours; at 7Bit the terms say up to 30 working days and the FAQ gives a target of 24 hours. What exactly the casinos ask for is explained on the page about verification before a withdrawal in detail.

Casinos with Neteller compared

The table summarises what the sources say about Neteller withdrawals at the five casinos. The “e-wallet time” column covers the period after approval; the pending period comes on top. At Wazamba, even the question of whether Neteller is offered for withdrawals at all is disputed.

Two things stand out. First, SkyCrown and Cobra lead on pure e-wallet time, with Boomerang well behind – there an e-wallet withdrawal takes as long as a bank transfer or card payout, namely 3–5 days. Second, fees are not uniform: according to the sources Boomerang, Wazamba and Cobra charge nothing, SkyCrown only under one condition, and 7Bit itself mentions minor fees. The page on whether the casinos charge fees explains in detail when costs apply and how much is known about them.

Processing times and limits by casino

The total time of a Neteller withdrawal is made up of three parts: verification (once, usually before the first withdrawal), the pending period (the check of each individual request) and the transfer time of the method. Only the third part depends on Neteller. Limits, on the other hand, usually apply across all methods – a daily limit of €500 stays €500 whether you choose Neteller, a card or a bank transfer. The sections below show what the sources say for each casino; for a cross-method view see the pages on withdrawal times compared and on the withdrawal limits of the five casinos.

Boomerang Casino: Neteller in 3–5 days

Boomerang includes Neteller in its list of withdrawal methods on AskGamblers, alongside Skrill, MiFinity, MuchBetter and other e-wallets – 20 methods in total. Times are given in two stages: first a pending period of 1–5 days, then e-wallets such as Neteller take 3–5 days. That is the same range as bank transfers and cards, so according to the source Neteller brings no speed advantage at Boomerang.

The limits are tight: €500 per transaction, €500 per day and €7,000 per month. The minimum withdrawal is €10, with a separate threshold of roughly €40–60 for crypto. According to AskGamblers, Boomerang charges no withdrawal fees. Standard KYC comes before the first withdrawal, and the source mentions about one day for it. All other methods with times and caps are listed on the page about the Neteller withdrawal at Boomerang and the casino's other payment options.

SkyCrown: fastest e-wallet time, with conditions

For SkyCrown, AskGamblers gives 0–1 hours for e-wallets after approval, with a pending period of 0–72 hours. Neteller appears in the AskGamblers list of withdrawal methods next to Skrill, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Payz and Rapid Transfer. The limits are comparatively high: €5,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €30,000 per month. According to gambling.com, however, single withdrawals are capped at €1,000 as long as you have made fewer than 10 deposits. For winnings of €15,000 or more, the casino reserves the right to pay out in monthly instalments of €15,000.

Sources disagree on the minimum: €20 according to gambling.com, from €500 according to Vigiswiss – but the Vigiswiss figure refers to bank transfer, not Neteller. One rule matters for e-wallet users: if your deposit has not been wagered at least three times, gambling.com reports charges on withdrawal; the source does not state the amount. Identity checks are mandatory before withdrawals; how long they take: no data. Details on all routes are on the page about Neteller at SkyCrown and the casino's other methods.

Wazamba: Neteller only according to one source

Wazamba is the special case in this comparison. According to AskGamblers EN, Neteller is one of the withdrawal methods, together with Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap, Rapid Transfer, Jeton and MiFinity. According to AskGamblers DE, however, the withdrawal list covers Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Jeton, Mastercard, MiFinity, Ripple, TRON, Tether, USD Coin and bank transfer – Neteller, Skrill, Visa and Rapid Transfer do not appear there. Whether Neteller is shown as a withdrawal option for your account is therefore only visible in the cashier.

The sources also differ on times: per AskGamblers EN a pending period of 0–5 days and e-wallets in 0–24 hours; per AskGamblers DE processing by the finance team within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, 6 am to 5 pm GMT) and e-wallets in 24 hours. The monthly limit is €20,000 according to Casino.Guru and AskGamblers EN, and €10,000 according to AskGamblers DE. The minimum withdrawal is €10, and both AskGamblers versions say there are no fees. Wazamba reserves the right to delay payments until all checks are complete. If you plan to cash out at Wazamba with Neteller and cannot find the method, Jeton or MiFinity are the fallback – both sources list them.

Cobra Casino: Neteller “Instant” and free

Cobra is the only casino in this comparison where the Neteller details come straight from its own payments page. There, Neteller is listed as a withdrawal method with the processing time “Instant” and the label “Free”; the maximum per withdrawal is €500 for cards, e-wallets and bank. AskGamblers gives 0–1 hours for e-wallets, which fits. For the process as a whole, though, there are four different statements: up to 72 hours after approval according to the terms, a 12-hour target according to the FAQ, “Instant” per method according to the payments page, and a pending period of 0–72 hours according to AskGamblers.

Limits depend on the VIP level. The entry level, Serpent, allows €500 per day, €2,500 per week and €10,000 per month; higher levels have higher caps. The minimum withdrawal is €20. According to AskGamblers, Cobra processes no withdrawals at weekends or on bank holidays. Requests stay pending until verification is complete – the KYC page says this can take up to 30 working days, AskGamblers says 0–24 hours. All methods with upper and lower limits are shown on the page about Cobra Casino Neteller and the other payment routes.

7Bit: Neteller alongside crypto

7Bit is known mainly for crypto withdrawals, but according to AskGamblers it also lists Neteller as a withdrawal method, next to Skrill, Rapid Transfer, Payz, MuchBetter, MiFinity and AstroPay Card. AskGamblers gives 0–24 hours for e-wallets, and the pending period is 0–24 hours. According to the FAQ, requests from players with an approved ID are usually processed “instantly”, although timing can vary with the method.

The terms state the limits in bitcoin: 0.12 BTC per week and 0.48 BTC per month; Casino.Guru and AskGamblers give €10,000 per week and €40,000 per month. Winnings above 0.48 BTC may be paid in monthly instalments. On the minimum, 0.24 mBTC per the terms stands against €20 per AskGamblers. In its FAQ, 7Bit itself mentions minor charges for withdrawals on the casino's side; the source does not give the amount. How Neteller compares with bitcoin and cards there is covered on the page about 7Bit and Neteller together with all other methods.

Weekends, pending periods and holidays

One point applies to all five casinos alike: according to AskGamblers, no withdrawals are processed at weekends, and at Cobra not on bank holidays either. At Wazamba, the finance team works Monday to Friday according to AskGamblers DE. For Neteller this means a request made on Friday evening is processed on Monday at the earliest, even if the e-wallet transfer afterwards takes only minutes.

The pending period is the stage in which the casino checks the request. It varies a lot: 0–24 hours at 7Bit, 0–72 hours at SkyCrown and Cobra, 1–5 days at Boomerang, 0–5 days at Wazamba per AskGamblers EN. If you want the shortest overall time, do not look only at the e-wallet column but add pending time and transfer time together. In the worst case this adds up to as much as 10 days at Boomerang (5 days pending plus 5 days e-wallet) and up to 73 hours at SkyCrown (72 hours pending plus 1 hour e-wallet), in each case not counting weekends.

Common problems with Neteller withdrawals

Delays usually have one of a few causes. The list below matches them with what the sources say:

  • Account not verified: all five casinos require identity checks before paying out. At Cobra the request stays pending under the terms until every step is complete; at Wazamba the payment can be delayed.
  • Amount above the limit: at Boomerang and Cobra the maximum per withdrawal is €500. Larger sums have to be split into several requests and – because of the €500 daily limit – over several days.
  • Neteller not available: at Wazamba, AskGamblers DE does not list Neteller as a withdrawal option. If the method does not appear in the cashier, Jeton, MiFinity or bank transfer remain.
  • Bonus still active: while a bonus has not been wagered through, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn. According to the sources, wagering requirements range from 35x to 45x (7Bit cites 40–45x for most BTC bonuses).
  • Deposit not wagered: at SkyCrown, gambling.com reports charges if the deposit has not been wagered at least three times.
  • Request at the weekend: according to AskGamblers, none of the five casinos processes withdrawals at weekends.

If none of these applies and the wait exceeds the range given by the source, customer support is the next step. According to the sources, Boomerang and 7Bit offer live chat and e-mail around the clock, and Cobra offers live chat in German and English. Have the date of the request, the amount and the method ready. For open bonus questions, the page on withdrawing bonus funds sets out the wagering rules of the five casinos.

Fees: the casino side and the Neteller side

With fees it helps to separate two levels. The first is the casino: according to AskGamblers, Boomerang and Wazamba charge no withdrawal fees, and Cobra lists every method on its payments page as “Free”. SkyCrown charges if the deposit has not been wagered at least three times. 7Bit mentions minor withdrawal fees in its FAQ; none of the sources gives an amount.

The second level is Neteller itself. Whether there are costs for receiving a casino payout, for currency conversion or for transferring money from Neteller to your bank account is set out in Neteller's own fee schedule. Our sources contain no data on this, so check those terms directly with Neteller before moving larger amounts. If you deposit, play and withdraw in euros, you at least avoid a conversion on the casino side.

Alternatives to Neteller

Neteller is not the only e-wallet with short transfer times. According to the sources, Skrill is on the withdrawal list at all five casinos – although at Wazamba, like Neteller, only in the English version. Because AskGamblers gives e-wallet times per casino for all e-wallets together, the same ranges apply to Skrill as to Neteller. If you already have a Skrill account, the page on Skrill as an alternative shows the details for each casino.

MiFinity is the e-wallet both Wazamba sources name, and it is also available at Boomerang, SkyCrown and 7Bit; details are on the page about withdrawing with MiFinity. If you would rather not use an e-wallet, 7Bit offers bitcoin: according to the operator, bitcoin withdrawals take less than ten minutes, and Cobra gives 0–2 hours for crypto. The overview of crypto withdrawals at casinos summarises coins and minimum amounts. According to the sources, bank transfer and cards are the slowest routes almost everywhere.

  • Skrill: same e-wallet times as Neteller, listed at all five casinos (Wazamba only per AskGamblers EN).
  • MiFinity: available at Wazamba per both sources, and at Boomerang, SkyCrown and 7Bit.
  • Jeton: listed at Wazamba in both sources.
  • Crypto: at 7Bit and Cobra with their own short time statements.
  • Bank transfer: available everywhere, but according to the sources usually several days.

Conclusion: when Neteller makes sense

Neteller pays off above all at SkyCrown and Cobra, where the sources give 0–1 hours for e-wallets, and at 7Bit with 0–24 hours. At Boomerang the method brings no time advantage over cards and bank transfer according to the source. At Wazamba, check in the cashier whether Neteller is offered at all. In every case, verification, the pending period and weekends affect the total time more than the choice of method. If you sort out your account and documents in advance, submit the request on a working day and know the limits, you get the most out of Neteller. Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over and can be addictive – only stake money you can afford to lose.
